On Tuesday the 30th of April, Year 3 had an amazing day at Bignor Roman Villa.
During the morning, the children where shown around the villa by Louisa (our tour guide, who was dressed as a Roman slave!). All the children had the opportunity to dress up as different sorts of people who would have lived at the villa.
After lunch, the children got the opportunity to make a mosaic coaster and grind wheat to make flour.
Everyone had an amazing day and learnt so much about what life would have been like for those people living during the Roman times.
