Year 5 Fruit Tasting Wednesday 30th September 2020

As part of our ‘Raging Rivers’ topic with a focus on the Amazon we tasted fruit that would be found in the Rainforest.  Some looked very strange but here are the children’s comments:

Jessica: ‘I liked all of the food accept for the dragon fruit. I really like tasting the fruit.

Eddy: Today food tasting was really fun. We should do it again!

Millie: I think the next Year 5 will really like food tasting as it was really fun!

Theo: I would recommend this food tasting because it’s good for getting you to like other fruits.

Sophia: The fruit tasting was amazing the fruit was delicious.

Thomas; I would recommend it. It’s very good at helping children find new foods they like and what they don’t like.

Myrtle: I would do this again with the next year 5’s because you taste fruit that you might not have tried. You will learn that if you stayed in the Amazon what fruits to eat.

Lewis: I would recommend this to the next Year 5’s because it will help them with their story!
