Meet our House Captains for 2020-2021!
Our House Captains are an invaluable part of our School Community. The House Captains represent our School Houses.

Our House Captains are chosen in a special election at the beginning of the academic year. The candidates prepare speeches and then all the children vote in their House Teams for their Year 6 Captains for the year.

Blue Team House Captain
What are the qualities a House Captain needs to possess?
Team skills, kindness, being a role model and courage.
What responsibilities do you have as House Captain?
Counting housepoints, leading my team to victory,
encouragement.
In what ways will you encourage your team, particularly on
Sports Day?
I will help them to work to the best of their ability.
What are your favourite sports? Why?
Dancing, benchball and football because they are really fun
and it has lots of teamwork involved.
Blue Team House Captain
What are the qualities a House Captain needs to
possess?
You need to have kindness, team skills, team work,
courage and be a role model.
What responsibilities do you have as House Captain?
Counting house points and encouraging my team and
leading my team to victory on sports day.
In what ways will you encourage your team throughout
the year, particularly on Sports Day?
I will encourage my team to their best ability.
What are your favourite sports? Why?
Swimming because it is fun and competitive.
Green Team House Captain
What are the qualities a House Captain needs to possess?
Kind, caring and competitive.
What responsibilities do you have as House Captain?
Leading your team on sports day and counting
housepoints.
In what ways will you encourage your team throughout
the year, particularly on Sports Day?
I will encourage my team by helping them and showing
good sportsmanship.
What are your favourite sports? Why?
Football because fun and competitive. Netball because I
love throwing balls and dance because I just love it!
Green Team House Captain
What are the qualities a House Captain needs to
possess?
A House Captain needs to have qualities like positivity so
you can pass it on to your team. You need courage like if
you were losing, you can’t give up.
What responsibilities do you have as House Captain?
Counting the housepoints each week.
In what ways will you encourage your team
throughout the year, particularly on Sports Day?
I will encourage them to do their best. Even if we lose,
I just want you to know that you tried your best.
What are your favourite sports? Why?
Football because you can communicate and basketball.
But I love all sports as well.
Red Team House Captain

Being a role model, showing team work and courage.
What responsibilities do you have as House Captain?
Counting housepoints and leading Red Team on sports
day.
In what ways will you encourage your team throughout
the year, particularly on Sports Day?
To achieve to their best potential and to encourage one
another.
What are your favourite sports? Why?
Tennis becuase it is sporty and lots of fun. Dance
because it is active.
